DELIVERY, RETURNS & REFUNDS
ORDER ISSUES
You will have 14 days from receiving your order to report any issues such as damage or defects to the outer packaging or missing or damaged items within your order. We will not be held responsible for any issues reported after this period. When reporting these to us please ensure you have photographed the issue as we will ask for this to conduct our investigation.
To report any issues with your order, please email enquiries@imanfit.co.uk with photos of the issue for reference.

RETURNS POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return a product for a refund. Products must be in original saleable condition, unworn, unwashed with all tags still attached.
If the item(s) you return are found to be in unsaleable condition, they will be sent back to you at your expense. We reserve the right to refuse returns that exhibit signs of wear or do not meet the specified criteria.
A fixed charge of £2.50 per product will be deducted from you when you arrange to return your parcel.
Please complete the RETURN FORM; otherwise, we won't be able to process your refund as we won't be able to identify your order.
Once received and processed your refund will take approximately 14 working days to be credited back to your original payment method.
*Abuse of the returns policy, such as repeat refunds, free wardrobing and chargeback fraud will NOT be accepted. IMAN reserves the right to make the final decision on returns and refunds.
UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS
If you return an item beyond the 30-day period or we deem the item in a non-sellable condition. These will be sent back out to you at your expense. Our Customer Service Team will be in touch to advise you of this.

FAULTY ITEMS
In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive an incorrect item, or item you believe to be faulty, please contact our customer service team on enquiries@imanfit.co.uk with the below info:
- Your Order Number
- Item Name and Size
- Clear Photos with:
1) The close up of the fault
2) Full product length picture
3) The IMAN logo and tag attached to product
*You have up to 30 days to raise a claim for a faulty item.
I'VE SENT THE RETURN PARCEL BACK, WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND BACK?
Please note, due to busy periods, returns process may take up to 14 days to process.
We will send you an email notifying you once your return have been processed.
If you do not receive an email after 14 working days, please contact our customer service with your proof of postage, parcel tracking number and order number.
